    Second time in here in the past four weeks. Walked out both times without food. The first time I went in, the girl let me stand in line for a solid 4 minutes before rudely saying, "We are out of all bread except five cheese" or some other bread I didn't want (plain wheat bread is what I wanted). "Okay, let it go," I say, "she's having a bad night, they don't have your bread, whatever." So I politey say good bye and go elsewhere. I go in tonight, September 24th at 8:00pm, walk up to the counter and a girl swapping food bins says to me with the most terrible attitude you can have in customer service, "If you're getting a sandwich it will be a few minutes." To which I replied, "ohhhkay," yet while thinking "you don't have to be such a $@&#% about it," all while she was mumbling something under her breath while fumbling with piles of bacon. As she turned around to walk away so did I.  For good. Screw this place. McAllister's down the road got my sandwich business. They smile and say Hello when you walk up to the counter. Every time. Bye.

    TERRIBLE with online orders. Had three subs ordered. Never toasted mine. I had cold rotisserie chicken and cold cheese! Never put the bell peppers on and almost forgot my cookies (I had to remind them). Never even heated up the bacon on a BLT and didn't give the extra bacon that was paid for. Put the other order on the incorrect wrap!!! Overall everyone was disappointed.
